In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
The king368 Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This minimum age is mandated by the international gaming authority under whose framework king368 operates. Persons under 21 are prohibited from registering, accessing, or using any part of the Platform. king368 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend or close any account where the 21+ requirement cannot be confirmed.
To open an Account with king368, each applicant must:
king368 is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing any withdrawal. KYC verification may require submission of a government-issued identity document (e.g., MyKad, passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within 30 days of the first deposit request may have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is completed. king368 does not release player funds to unverified accounts.
Each Player is permitted to hold one Account on king368. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered under a different name or identity to circumvent a suspension, limit, or exclusion — will be immediately closed, and any balance held in duplicate accounts will be forfeited. Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, including username and password. king368 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any communication channel. You must notify king368 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
king368 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. All login sessions are conducted over SSL-encrypted connections. king368 maintains a complete audit log of Account login activity, which can be reviewed within account settings. Any session initiated from an unrecognised device will trigger a security notification to the registered email address.
king368 accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials, including losses arising from sharing login details with third parties.
king368 accepts deposits via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank), Visa, Mastercard, and USDT. The minimum deposit amount is RM30. All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned to source.
Deposits via e-wallet and FPX are typically credited to the Account balance within seconds. king368 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges for which king368 accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawal requests from fully KYC-verified Accounts are processed within 15–30 minutes for e-wallet methods during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Players may only withdraw to payment methods previously used for deposit, or to accounts verified in their name as part of the KYC process.
king368 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests exceeding RM10,000, or where transaction patterns indicate potential fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. Such reviews will be completed within 48 hours in normal circumstances, and the Player will be notified of the outcome.
All transactions on king368 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise specified for USDT transactions, which are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any content on the Platform without prior written consent from king368 is strictly prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, king368 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with a Player's use of the Platform.
king368's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player to their Account in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits king368's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
king368 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, Players consent to the collection, use, and processing of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Player data is used solely for the purposes of account management, regulatory compliance (including AML and KYC obligations), fraud prevention, and improving platform services. king368 does not sell player data to third-party marketers.
Players may close their Account at any time by contacting king368 support via live chat or email. Upon closure, any Real Money Funds balance will be returned to the Player via their verified withdrawal method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements.
king368 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account without prior notice where it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where such action is required for regulatory compliance purposes. In cases of suspected fraud or AML concern, funds may be held pending investigation.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which king368 holds its gaming licence. If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels within 30 days, either party may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution body designated by king368's gaming authority. king368 will participate in good faith in any such external arbitration or dispute resolution process.
king368 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account no less than 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
